Branch Manager

Duties:
- Oversee and manage Flushing branch operations, including sales, business development, and profit loss.

-This position will be responsible for providing daily supervision to the legal assistant team and the document processing & overflow services team firmwide to ensure they are meeting the needs and goals of the firm by producing timely, high-quality work and customer service

- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

-This position also assesses performance, establishes goal-setting objectives, advises on policies and procedures, and works with firm leaders on projects and initiatives

-Provide day-to-day supervision for the legal assistant and our staff, including managing staffing levels, coverage, and scheduling

-Motivate staff; promote positive change and actively facilitate necessary training to develop the legal assistant and document production staff

-Conduct semi-annual check-ins with goal setting, determine compensation, provide coaching and handle any performance or employee relations issues

- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high employee morale.

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

-Must be bilingual in Mandarin

-Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment

-Strong attention to detail

-Willingness to travel:

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly competitive and demanding environment

-Candidate should be hard-working and able to work additional hours as needed

-5 years in an office setting manager including 2 years experience in managing a team of 30 employees.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.

- Proficient in project management, process improvement, and problem-solving.

- Knowledge of financial principles and profit loss analysis.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
